Alfredo should NEVER be bought. This is prob the easiest, simplest, and classiest sauce to make at home. In a small sauce pan, melt the butter over a medium heat. Whisk in the flour until it starts to look like playdough. Let it kinda brown a little like this, about 2 more minutes, then whisk in the almonds, garlic, and nooch. It gonna look a little chunky right now, don’t stress. Now SLOWLY whisk in the almond milk and braggs, SLOWLY GODDAMNIT, using just a little at a time so that the sauce stays smooth. Add the cayenne, salt and pepper until it tastes right by you. Toss together with parsley and cooked pasta and serve that mess o' carbs immediately.
