Rice A Rona
Ingredients
2 cups of your rice-pasta mixture
3 tablespoons your spice blend
2 tablespoons olive oil or non-dairy butter
3 ½ cups veggie broth or water
Directions

Warm up the olive oil over a medium heat in a medium pan with a lid. Add the rice/pasta to the pan and kinda toast all the rice and pasta until the pasta starts looking brown and almost burnt in some places, about 3-5 minutes. Keep stirring though so a bunch of shit doesn't burn to the bottom of your pot.

Add the seasoning and saute for about 30 seconds to get those tasty fuckers all tossed in. Add the veggie broth and bring that pot to a simmer. Once it's bubbling, stir it one more time then put the lid on thee pan and turn the heat to low.

Cook like that for about 15 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed. Taste and add whatever you think it needs. Fluff with a fork then serve.

Wanna mix it up? Fold in whatever fresh herbs you've got laying around. Maybe some chopped tomatoes, chickpeas, or onions. Some sauted greens or broccoli. Fuck it, just eat it as is or add some lemon juice. You've got it from here.
